Welcome to Web Self Service (WSS) facility of Central Electricity Supply Utility of Odisha to enable consumers to use the portal for carrying out various activities like bill pay, view bill, NSC application, complaint registration and many more.

Web Self Services Registration

All consumers are required to open an account in the WSS portal to avail services provided by CESU. For registration, simply click on the New User Registration link, fill up the profile information and choose a login name and password. After successful registration, consumer can avail services using their credential immediately.

View Bills and Payments

Registered consumer can View and Pay latest bill from 'My Account' option. Other options are:

View earlier bills details
Track your consumption/payment trends
View Consumer Information as registered in CESU billing system

Service Requests / Complaint

A user can raise and track a service request or complaint using the Web Self Service portal.

Without registration facility

A consumer can view and pay the bills by visiting "Quick View/Pay Bill" option without registration.
